Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Scheduled for surgery and ordered the wedge pillow, received confirmation number and asked for overnight delivery. Next day was told order being processed and tracking number would be sent to me the following morning. Finally received email following morning and was told item out of stock and cannot ship as requested.
