I was there the other day, trying something new. I seen the pics online of the diff. Foods. So I went in and ordered the fish platter. Fish was friend hard I didn’t ask for that, greens were spicy and had vinegar in it, I didn’t ask for that either they were nasty. To hot to enjoy, I don’t eat vinegar in greens for one! Mac and cheese doesn’t taste home made in oven. It was o…k. Over all I will never go back there, I know what good food taste like and that place wasn’t it!
As a paying customer, I don’t appreciate being met with a bad attitude. I simply came into the restaurant to place a takeout order, but the bald hostess gave me one of the worst attitudes I’ve experienced. She made me feel very uncomfortable, and it completely took away from what should have been a quick and pleasant visit. Management, please take the time to train your staff on basic hospitality and customer service.
