Excellent and very efficient service! Very friendly and courteous staff every time for the last 18 years. Highly recommended!
Womens VA health clinic & regular CBOC dated, but lots of nice staff & easy providers.
Appointment at 11:00. I showed up at 10:45. At 11:16 I had to ask the front desk about my appointment time to confirm it was at 11. I was taken back at 11:17 and now it’s 11:36 and I’m still waiting. Why have appointments if you can’t meet the requirements. I had to take the whole day off work because this is how the VA appointments work. Rolling the dice on timely service every time. This would not be acceptable anywhere else.
