I took a design client there yesterday to look For Tile for her kitchen floor and backsplash. We were immediately informed that we were supposed to have an appointment, And ignore from that point on. Everyone had helped us basically acted like we didn’t exist. What happened to Customer Service!!
This place is the absolute worse. Go to ‘the tile shop’ or ‘floor and decor.’ DO NOT use this place. From the designers to the sales assistants, they are all incompetent. Please! Go somewhere else, even Home Depot and Lowe’s are gonna make your life easier! If you need a designer, hire one out of house and just have them send samples they find online. Competitive pricing and great selection. The staff is always very helpful. Their process is a bit slow of if I had to complain about something. You can always bet you’re gonna spend quite a bit of time in there trying to pick up or buy.
Excellent quality at a fantastic price. Designers are top notch!!!
