It's a great place to get your workout on. They are caring folks.
I've been to around 10 different massage therapists. No one has been as good as Elizabeth. She can visualize muscles and connective tissues which helps her quickly home in on areas that need work as well as what work will be the most effective. She's also super pleasant and very professional. Highly recommend.
Elizabeth's massage technique is truly healing. I have gone to Elizabeth on two different occasions when the pain in my shoulder was excruciating. In one massage Elizabeth reduced the pain in my shoulder from a 9 down to a 2 on a scale of 1-10, both times. I highly recommend Elizabeth as she is very skilled and knowledgable in her craft.
