My husband and I just got a membership here to go swimming about a month ago. We always come in at 5:30 am as soon as the pool opens. Last week they had a water outtage and ever since, the hot water has not been working. I made sure to let the receptionist know about it last week. This morning, same thing. No hot water. I was told by a different receptionist this morning that they don't have circulator pumps and that it takes 30 minutes for the hot water in the family locker rooms to heat up....I know this has not always bee... read more
Where to start, they have terrible hours, the older lady who appears to be some type of manager is always rude and yelling at gym goers constantly, the cold plunge closes way earlier than the rest of the pool area, there’s always a line to check in because the girls/boys at the desk are either on there phones or doing homework.. meanwhile old mean white lady stands there and does nothing. This place sucks.
This is one of the best rec centers in the area. I love that they added a cold plunge, they really care about providing opportunities for healthy living to the community.
Loved loved loved this place!!! Went swimming for the first time in years. So much to do. So nice clean and just AWESOME
