I had extensive gum grafting done. Dr. and staff were friendly and pleasant, but procedure outcome was poor. My checkups during healing, Dr. said it looked good. Final check up over 50% of my grafts failed. I don't know how it looked good and then final checkup showed 50% failure. Dr. instructed staff to call me in 3 months to set up another check up (my schedule was hectic at the time), but never contacted by office again. Paid thousands out of pocket so office got what they needed.
Staff was very helpful in billing process and the doctor puts you at ease about the procedure.
Friendly, and a good surgeon. I have had 3 teeth removed with no complicstions. My husband has had all 4 wisdom with no complications.
Dr. Cieslak and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I have visited his office twice in the last two years. Both of my extractions were painless and he made sure I was comfortable during my visits. I highly recommend Dr. Cieslak for any dental surgery needs!
My implants were almost painless. Super experience
Dr Cieslak and his staff took great care with my wisdom teeth removal. I was terrified to have the procedure done but was very well taking care of and also put at ease. I was very pleasantly surprised that I woke up with almost no pain and kept comfortable through my healing op process. I would highly recommend his office and will return in the future should I need any further dental surgeries. I thank them for all the care they gave me and the follow up phone calls to check in on my recovery .
Rec call from their billing department that i owed $25..and if no payment was made OVER phone they would send me to collection agency...THEY have wrong house # in THEIR computer..i have never received a bill nor have i repeatedly been advised that my outstanding bill ,that i have never received, is going to a collections agency!!! I was going back to have implants put in, but would rather spend my hard earned $ at a Office that admits their error and moves on!!
