I worked for Mitsubishi in Clarksville for yrs. I recently purchased a used Outlander Sport I adore, but the key fob wasnt working and needed to be reprogrammed. As I stated before, having worked at a Mitsubishi dealership I know this is a 20-30 second fix. The lovely service mgr let me know it would be a 72 dollar fix, and would take up to 30 mins. Hire people that can speak clearly. He whispered everything I had to asked him to repeat what he says. The waiting room had no tv on my hour wait for oil change. I was called a no show the next day by a girl in the office and asked to reschedule my work. I WAS THERE AND PAID ! Check your payments before calling customers a no show!

Communicate better about possible work that can be completed before pulling my car out, giving me the keys and then saying it'll be the whole round of labor to finish. Edit to add: I've called twice like you ask and left messages. With no response. I paid for you to fix the outlets in my car and you fixed one of them to work about 80% of the time. The other two never did work. It has been nine months now with none of the promised follow-up
