Customer service is horrible. They don't treat customers well. You're better going some place else.
Take your money and go somewhere else. Do not go to this place, the lady Vicky in the front ,she’s a very rude, disrespectful, and unhappy person. The medical care is good in that they are attentive and Dr Hobbs does take time to sit with you while you are there. However my concern is I have lost a lot of hair due to the testosterone pellets. I think the clinic should be more open and transparent about the very likelihood of hair loss and closely monitor for this. I did not know the high percentage of losing hair with the pellet until i did my own personal research and after staring the therapy .
