The Louisville Laser Med Spa is receiving 0 stars from me because they did not professionally prepare for the right temperature to use on my skin while getting a touch up. They burnt both my armpits and I’ve been in paid the past 4 days.
The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and fashionable, and everyone made me feel comfortable. I have never had a bad experience here and i have always walked in excited and walked out feeling amazing about myself.

Charlene and the staff at Louisville Laser are really experienced and passionate about what they do. Everyone there promotes a healthy lifestyle (diet, exercise) and they view their treatments as contributing to a healthier life for people, which I appreciate. The waiting room is a friendly, caring place and the treatment rooms are clean and professional.
I absolutely love the service I get, I have a lifetime package, I don't regret it one bit, fair prices, great employees, they truly are the definition of amazing! From the time I step in the door, to the time I step out, I feel the support and care they give!! :) I am even a redhead naturally so it's going to take a lot longer for my hair to go completely away, but the girls here are patient and ready to work with you!! #ThanksLouisvilleLaser :) 10 Stars
