Received a letter from a debt collector and they were one of the companies on there. Have no idea what it’s even for and when I’ve even been seen by them. Freaking ridiculous.

Zero stars if I could. I’m a Baptist health Louisville employee I have Baptist health insurance and I went to the Baptist health Louisville ER my co-pay is $150 twice now I’ve gotten a bill for over $3000 from Louisville emergency medical Associates I fought it once and now it looks like I’m going to have to fight it again. I do not understand why the billing department cannot get things coded correctly and billed correctly. It should not be up to the patient to do the employees job for them.

They billed us north of 800 dollars for a 5 minute visit in the ER when my spouse was hurt at work. The worker’s comp insurance (KEMI) refused to pay and it was only after we hired an attorney that their collection agency of choice (CCHA) left us alone for good despite numerous calls, letters, and many hours of explaining that this was a workers comp claim. We use Norton now.
