Very helpful, effective and friendly crew. Ms. Sidney Newton was well-informed and communicated all relevant issues very well. The assisting nurse was very good too. I think her name might have been Shirley. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Her name could have been Heather but I cannot be sure.
