I had a very bad experience at the Triple Crown Dentistry. I do not recommend this dentist or the Triple Crown Dentistry practice. If you are interested in the details, I filed a complaint with the Kentucky Board of Dentistry.
The staff is friendly, and the office is cozy. Getting a dental implant is always scary, however they made me feel ever comfortable. Dr. Nunnally even went above and beyond to call me that evening to see how I was feeling. I can’t say thank you enough.
Been going to the dentist every six months for my entiire life and have never had any problems with my teeth. As soon as they bring Dr. Nunnally into the practice, all of the sudden I have 3 cavities that were not mentioned 6 months earlier. I went and got a second opinion and guess what? No cavities. He also told my sister that she had deep grooves in her molars and needed an expensive procedure. She got it done and has had pain and sensitivity ever since. I don't trust this dentist at all.

I'm afraid you are reviewing the wrong Dr. Nunnally. I had been practicing at Triple Crown Dentistry for several years before you wrote this review so you would have seen me at least 4-6 times prior to this date. We pride ourselves on exceptional care and would never do work that is not needed. I hope you can provide some clarity on the situation as I do not believe I was the dentist who saw you and your sister. I am sorry you had a bad experience, I just don't think it was with us. Thank you
