I was just in Louisville Cyclery today to purchase my first set of clipless pedals and cleats. The experience I had was over the top excellent. Being a business owner myself, I truly value great customer service - and I was greeted with nothing but kindness and and high-quality care the entire time. They are fast, friendly and knowledgable. They have always given me their expertise and time, whether I had a fancy bike or a stand-in basic one. i've always felt like I was in good hands with these guys. And, while their accessories selection is not vast, it's quality stuff at good prices! Bravo, 5 stars!

These guys are the absolute best! I've tried out many local bike shops and never felt the warm welcoming and genuine kindness that I do here. I travel in from a few towns away to visit this shop because it is worth their fantastic service. If you are looking for a down-to-earth shop that doesn't feel pretentious, this one wins every time. HIGHLY recommend giving them a try!
I took my road bike in for a standard tune. The good news is that it runs beautifully. The bad news is that the $90 tune turned out to be $230 and I didn't get a lot of notice or transparency into why beyond the tune and a new chain. Great with bikes, but my costs felt misleading and unexpected.
