There was no soap in any of the cycles of this car wash. It was more of a car rinse.
I have low standards for car washes so when I saw this one had a rating of 2.5 I wasn’t super concerned. However, it even then still did not meet expectations. This place is terrible. No cash and the credit card machine minimum is 8 1/2 minutes but that’s pretty pointless when you consider that the foaming brushes don’t work. It’s obvious that this place is just being run to the ground for maximum value on a rundown property.
Spent $10 washing my car they raise their prices. The water was cold. The hose was leaking and then it didn’t give me any soap and it literally made my car dirtier because the water is definitely recycled dirty water.
No refunds. No real actual phone number to call.
Should be renamed the use at your own risk car wash. This place has hand written notes that say no refunds for default equipment and it’s constantly broken. I don’t think product even comes out with the water for the different options. This place needs all new equipment because it’s worn out. Your best bet is to go to the car wash on 96th and innovation by the 7-11. That place rocks!
