This is the most dysfunctionally run office I've ever been to. The entire staff starting with the office manager should be fired. NOBODY does their job, very frustrating. He told me 20 days ago I would receive a call from a Dr that would schedule me for an epidural and the procedure would be done within 2 weeks. That was 4 weeks ago and when I call back because nobody has contacted me, I can't get a live person. At the end of the day, if I get a call back, I'm told it's taken care, just to find out it hasn't been.
