First time we came was 30 days ago. They let me go up with husband who has trouble seeing and hearing. Now today 10/26/20 they refuse. If he doesnt understand them he wont be able to explain to me what they said. I dont understand how can it be ok 30 days ago but not now??? Who is making the rules??
