Horrible situation that could have been catastrophic. This place did a safety on my son's car, it was overlooked, a lose ball joint that lead to the wheel becoming unattached. What can I say, every vehicle has to be thoroughly inspected for SAFETY to be on the road!!!! MTO has been contacted on this situation.
These boys are absolute legends! Efficient, Fair and Honest service great to deal with! Overall a fantastic mechanic, I suggest anybody who needs their vehicle fixed takes it to the boys at lousion...don't even bother checking anywhere else, you will not beat these boys. For over 5 years, I was one of McNeil’s biggest fans, as evidenced by my reviews in the past…but this year something fundamentally changed at this shop. I started to question his higher prices + extra charges for diagnostics. I went to get comparable quotes for bigger jobs and McNeil kept coming in significantly higher than other shops.
