For over 5 years, I was one of McNeil’s biggest fans, as evidenced by my reviews in the past…but this year something fundamentally changed at this shop. I started to question his higher prices + extra charges for diagnostics. I went to get comparable quotes for bigger jobs and McNeil kept coming in significantly higher than other shops. To only put the car on the hoist and see if they can do the safety or not(less than 30 sec) they charged $130! For sure you lost your customer!
I have bought my First and second vehicle with McNeil, he was great and very helpful, I had a budget and he was helpful with that. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought. Mc Neil is very professional and when I had any issues with my vehicle the cost was reasonable as well. Long time customer I highly recommend this location for any sales buying vehicle or repairs.
