Get rid of Dr. Hastings. He is the meanest, rudest doctor I've ever encountered. He didn't believe that my penis was sometimes blue and swollen, said the medications he and my PCP gave me did not cause such side effects, and that my symptoms were supratentorial, which presumably means in my head. He told me that nothing was wrong with me, to take a picture of my penis when it was blue and swollen and show it to my PCP. Here lately they’ve been very busy. Long lines. My visit seems hurried.
In spite of the misery of waiting 4 hours in the waiting room of Louisiana Urology I would still recommend them because doctors and staffs were not responsible for my misery. It was a “comedy of errors” and staff was just as upset as we were that it happened. The Dr. we had an appointment with was called out to surgery for an emergency and somebody did not get the message that he was gone so we didn’t get the message either. Can't say enough good things about this place, Dr Blue & the staff. Having had renal problems since birth my life depends on monitoring & care. They've done a great job the last decade,& also were able to give me copies of my pediatric records I lost in the flood,& couldn't recover ANYWHERE else since they're 40yr old records. I can't say enough!! They come thru in every way!! Almost all labs in site, & just awesome! Thanks guys!
