Very rude/unprofessional! Misdiagnosed my son twice. The first time she said it was just a cold. The next day he woke up burning up. We took him elsewhere and he had STREP! The second time diagnosis was cough. Went somewhere else and he had walking pneumonia. I (an adult) went in with excruciating pain to my right ear. I also had this bloody drainage from that ear.
