Ruston native, Tech was always my college goal! Great school, great atmosphere, great city!
LA Tech is a great school, and one of the best values in the United States. I received an engineering degree, and the decision to pursue this field, made before 18 years old, has impacted my life profoundly. I graduated debt-free with a very solid education, and have had many excellent career opportunities since graduating some 12 years ago! The ability to obtain a quality degree with high affordability is something few universities can offer. LA Tech does lack some of the diversity of larger schools.
