Definitely one of the best experiences of my life. Great professors, great campus and great students. I made many lifelong friends and get to do what I love every day due to my degree.
I had a great experience as a transfer student from LSU. There is a lot to be said for a smaller school - more personal attention from professors and relationship building with peers. I always felt safe on campus and enjoyed the student activities that were offered. Ruston is a small, safe and friendly town. Very much enjoyed my time there and have benefitted greatly in my career due to the high quality education I received.
The most underrated university in the country. You can get an excellent education in a good environment at a reasonable cost.
