Brought my Dad for a VA exam visit. Was completely dreading the trip. GPS directed me a block, or 2, away. Street signs are lacking in the area. Called twice for directions. Finally found the building and that's when our day changed!! Staff was in the parking lot waiting to flag us down in case I missed them again! She took Dad's wheelchair and whisked him up the sidewalk incline and straight back to his visit. He got what appeared to be a thorough visit.
