I shopped roof company quotes with 3 places and while this company wasn’t the lowest quote, Josh is the only one who actually got on the roof to assess it/take measurements. He was happy to give more information regarding products and fortified options. It was like pulling teeth to get answers on these things from the other companies. We had some additional repairs needed on our porch due to the conditions of the wood and they still finished the job quickly and efficiently. I was please with their work and with their follow up. They made an appointment to provide an estimate and showed up on time and explained the process. I recommend these guys.
I contacted your company to inquire about a commercial roof, but no one was available to answer my question. Instead, I was informed that you operate by appointment only. As a contractor, I needed to ask a quick question, not schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, this policy has resulted in losing a potential client and job. It's essential for your clients to have access to your company for questions without needing an appointment.
Everyone that I dealt with was very professional, communicated well and showed up when they said they would. This is the best experience I've had with a roofing company and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work on your roof.
