Loading was fast . Make sure trailer is cleaned out . Check in 6:30am guy comes in . Very nice dude . The whole team nice and friendly.
Horrible experience
I have a Volvo 760 I arrived with only 1/4 of fuel and ended up being overweight 81080. I went back and the lady in shipping who gives the paperwork caught an attitude and blamed me for the load being overweight. I’m having to wait the entire day to get 1 pallet taken off my trailer. That lady needs to be fired asap she gives the company a bad look. Multiple workers complained about this lady. The guard shack guys even hate her. Excellent ! The check in guy was amazing & very fast loading! They open around 6:30 am ! Drivers must clean your trailer
Ended up early for our pu,got loaded early which really helped us get to del.friendly people wish we picked up here more often
