Great company! Effective and courteous.
Possibly more of a reflection of an individual rather than the whole company BUT - just about the bottom of the barrel as far as customer service goes. I ended up asking the gentleman to leave my property after he became argumentative and dismissive of each point I raised (I've never had to be such a "Karen" but it was pretty bad). I could tell from the moment he pulled up that he did not think he needed to be here - and this is a Supervisor. The worker explained everything he was going to do to prevent roaches. So far, I have not seen any roaches since he sprayed very nice young man.
