Receptionist,Nurse,and Doctor was pleasant. The older white lady who does the scheduling was very rude and had a impolite deposition and I corrected her about it. She needs training for customer service so she will know how to deal with the public respectfully.
I had a very concerning experience with this provider. During my visit, the discussion repeatedly shifted away from my medical condition and toward my insurance coverage in a manner that felt inappropriate and unrelated to clinical care. The appointment itself was brief and lacked meaningful discussion of treatment options.
