Dr. Forte is an awesome caring doctor. The staff is courteous and friendly couldn't ask for a better doctors office. Dr. Forte takes the time and explains what treatment option is best for you as an individual.

DOES NOT listen or care about how I feel or my concerns about my health, medications, or services! He dismisses my opinions and if I dont agree he doesnt listen... but has no problem charging me for services!!! The meds he gave me 1st induces seizures (i have epilepsy), the 2nd one i was allergic to, and the 3rd one makes me violently ill... with ALL the medications available it was either those 3 or none at all even though im in constant pain and the injections he gave didnt work the 1st time and made my pain much worse the... read more
