I have to say that they're bill paying sucks online. It's probably the worst I have ever seen. It's no help.You seen me a bill and I can't go online to pay it. You people need a new IT department
This place is ridiculous. My wife had a surgery appointment for 8:00 am. It is now 11:05 am and she is still in the waiting area. If you need ortho surgery in Baton Rouge, I would suggest that you have it done elsewhere.
My experience was all very good until we got into the room for the procedure. I was there for my first nerve block and I was told that I wouldn’t feel anything. Well, I felt every shot stuck in my neck and also overheard my doctor and I guess the anesthesiologist going back-and-forth about what medicine was given me. I should’ve not felt that much pain. I am a little traumatized from the whole experience. I love my doctor and he and I will not be back at that facility because of that anesthesiologist.
