The only positive things I can say regarding this agency with my late mother’s care is that they provided the medical equipment with no issues, Annette, RN was wonderful—but we only saw her twice, the CNA we had was caring and compassionate. The rest of the experience was horrendous. They made an already difficult time even worse day after day. I will never, ever recommend them.

In April 2024 my dad was suffering greatly with Alzheimer’s. I was desperate for help before being referred to Teresa, then everything changed. She returned my call on the weekend, after hours, did what she said she was going to do and went above and beyond to connect me to the right people fast that helped get my dad admitted to the hospital under hospice care where he had his final days in comfort. I do not recommend this Hospice care for your loved one during their time of transition. I don’t normally contribute to reviews but I think this is imperative due to the difficulty of the time but I wouldn’t recommend. My fathered passed in the middle of the night, I didn’t get a call from Hospice, I had to call them and it was a complete disaster, we lived 3.5 hrs away and was unable to see our loved one before carried out due to the lack of communication. The caring professionals at Louisiana Hospice and Palliative are amazing. They were so helpful supportive during my mother’s final weeks. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing group of people. I very highly recommend them.
