I welcomed these people into my mothers home to be of help to me, as I'm not only an only child but a male child, and all they did was provide total and complete neglect. This has to be the absolute worst company there is. When they came into the home, my mother was upbeat and vibrant. The main issue was due to Rheumatoid Arthritis she could no longer walk. After taking care of my mom for 2 years in that condition I decided it would be great to have help. Thereafter, she began to develop bed ulcers and a wound between her to... read more

Hospice nurses are supposed to tell you when your loved one is close to death. These people did none of the above. Yes I knew she was sick and was going to die but hospice is supposed to tell you when they are getting close. My mothers death was a complete shock I didn’t know it was going to happen that fast and the nurse visited the day before she died and told me she was doing fine. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

These people ruined the worst day of my life. Wife died and call was made to hospice at 3:36. Took over an hour and a half for a nurse to arrive. I made numerous calls requesting the issue to be escalated and was refused. Administrative person was rude and told several lies. This is a shame because the nurses were all outstanding.

Dear Sir or Madam – This is a letter of reference for Ms. Sheila Martin. Sheila served as a caretaker and sitter watching over my father four days out of the week while my father was in hospice care as a cancer patient during the month of January 2017. Sheila came highly recommended by the staff at Louisiana Hospice and Palliative Care. After interviewing several candidates for the position, Sheila came out as the candidate that I felt the most comfortable with for taking are of my father. During the course of her work, Shei... read more
