My daughter and I have been going to this clinic since around 2014. Pro: Inside the clinic the service is good . CONS: You will see a different PA everytime you go. They never follow up with you on labs, xrays, or when they're supposed too call and make you an appointment for example, Mammogram, Dermatologist. We went in with a serious painful issue after Thanksgiving and was told that they would call in a referral. Went in April because of a rash on my back, and they were in network. Doctor pulled up wikipedia and kept asking, "What do you think?" Ended up having to go back a month later. The big upset is the $200 bill I get 6months later that's 10 days past due upon arrival. Call the (318)259-1569 number tells me to call (318)321-3213. Call that number and it tells me to call 1(888)797-0027, and they say they haven't worked with clinic in a year. waiting 3 hours just for bloodwork.
It's a great clinic while you're in the building, but they do have a tendency to never actually call with test results. I've had 2 CTs and been unable to get any answer as to the results. I'm always told "we will look at your file and call you back in just a few minutes." then I don't hear from them again. side note, it would also be great if they didn't have the TVs set to political crap.
I am a patient and an employee here! The nursing staff, and providers are amazing! The providers all want to find the source of the problem. They don’t just put a bandaid on it and call it good. We have an in house lab. We also have in house Xrays, CT and ultrasounds. We do referrals too! We love taking care of our patients & finding the root of the problem. 😁
I’m very impressed with this office and will never go anywhere else. The staff here is so friendly and professional. My 4 yr old had to have blood drawn today and she was dehydrated and Kenzie took his time and was able to get it done without upsetting her too much. I have been trying to have my daughters pediatrician run tests on her for years to see why she is overweight and her first visit here Dr. Waterfallen ordered the tests because he knew I was very concerned about this.
