As a former eye clinic employee, I really appreciate the experience I had at Lenscrafters! Elizabeth at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and made the check-in/pre-exam portion a breeze! She was very personable and extremely kind. Dr. Mcguiness excellent as well, listened to my concerns and gave me a new brand of contacts to try to fit my specific needs. Everyone Really professional, the doctor really acknowledged.
Staff was great. Do not like the mandatory eye evaluation protocol. I am diabetic and have to have yearly evaluations through medical insurance and do not like being forced to pay for a second one when I come to get a prescription. This should not be mandatory but optional for customers. If it remains mandatory, I will be forced to go somewhere else in the future.
