Quick and easy
The appointment itself (with the actual eye doctor) was great. Getting registered at the desk when we first arrived was chaos. The receptionist advised me that after checking the insurance, we didn't have any. This was impossible as we found the eye doctor on the insurance website. I had to call the insurance company (while at the location) to get the insurance portal information that needed to be checked and verified. After my appointment- I felt confident that my eye exam was thorough. Dr. Moses answered my questions and explained every test and exam. The physician’s assistant (I wish I had asked her name) had excellent customer service skills and had a lot of patience-
