Called Louisiana Exteriors out after hail storm came through Bossier City. They sent someone right out to look at my roof, provide be a quote, and help me understand my insurance claim. Within two weeks the roof was installed, yard was clean, and the whole experience went great. They are a local company here in Shreveport/Bossier City which gave me peace of mind. My home's roof suffered significant damage due to hail. Louisiana Exterior's representative Ms Whitaker coordinated the efforts of my insurance company and the contractors hired for the repairs in a timely manner. I would recommend Louisiana Exteriors for home repairs.
Couldn't ask for a more professional company. We had our roof inspected and they were completely honest with us about our roof and what needed to be done. They didn't try to replace our roof when it didn't need to be replaced. They came out for free and inspected our roof only to find one area that needed to be fixed instead of the whole roof. They were fast and very proficient. Will definitely call again.
