I was very disappointed in my experience with this business. The process to make a custom ring was originally forecasted to be two weeks. Eight weeks later, no progress had been made, and the delays continued with no real explanations given. When we chose to pick up my gemstone and take our business elsewhere, that was handled very unprofessionally by the owner in his actions and words toward us.

I brought my bridal set in to have a ring guard removed from my engagement ring and a repair made to my band. My band had to be cut off of my hand because it got stuck on my finger when I was freshly postpartum and my fingers were still swelling on and off. My rings look amazing and you can’t tell the band was ever cut, and there is no trace of the metal guard that had been soldered onto my engagement ring.
