The guy is very rude, hung up on me on the first call without even speaking to me. So I called back and asked him to do a clasp swap from lobster to box and he told me I was being cheap if I ordered the part online instead of getting it from him. Then he got smart with me and said go do it your way and hung up on me.

I was very disappointed in my experience with this business. The process to make a custom ring was originally forecasted to be two weeks. Eight weeks later, no progress had been made, and the delays continued with no real explanations given. When we chose to pick up my gemstone and take our business elsewhere, that was handled very unprofessionally by the owner in his actions and words toward us.
