Everybody was helpful and friendly ! Very Thorough! No waiting !
I was excited for my first visit to LA Dermatology, and while the doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful, my overall experience was ruined by the front desk staff. The older woman at the front desk was extremely rude and snarky, which made me feel unwelcome as a new patient. It seemed like she was having a bad day, but her attitude completely soured the visit. Unfortunately, this interaction has made me very unlikely to return, despite the excellent medical care I received.
