I was treated in April of 2024 for a night guard. I was told that my insurance would not cover this expense. I paid the $308.00. Later I called my insurance company and was told that the guard WAS covered. I then called the dentist office and told them they needed to refile the claim so I could get a refund As of today, February 13, 2025 I have not received my refund, My insurance company paid the amount and the dentist office keeps telling me that I will be receiving the refund shortly, It will be a year in April and still ... read more
