Absolutely fantastic experience at this dentist office! The entire staff was great, but a special shout-out to Ashanti’. She was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure to explain to me any questions and concerns I had. She even managed to make me laugh, which is a first for a dental appointment! Thank you for the great care, and thank you Ashanti’ for making it a positive experience.
This was both my first and last visit here. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, only to wait 45 minutes in the lobby while people who arrived after me were called in before me. When I finally got in, the dental hygienist was extremely rough. I went in for a cleaning and left in pain. She even scratched my lip with the scaler, and when I flinched, she didn’t even acknowledge it. A friend had recommended the Zachary location, and while I didn’t want to make the drive, I now realize I should have.
