I’d tried calling the manufacturer of the tile I’d purchased and received no help or direction from them either time. Kyle at Louisiana Coastal Flooring was extremely easy to work with and went above and beyond to find flooring that is perfect for our home. When our first choice was no longer manufactured, he gave us plenty of options and we actually found a newer one that we liked better than our first choice.
