I am a truck driver who was delivering some scissor lifts to this place late on a Friday afternoon. I had hustled to get this load delivered from California to Broussard in 3 days by 5pm on a Friday, so I could get another load for the weekend. Contacted the manager, who communicated with the receiving guys, they waited for me and all was good. I appreciated their help. Unloading was smooth, and efficient.
Dylan rocks! Excellent customer service. Got me rolling over the weekend. Give that man a well deserved raise.
