This is hands down the worst Cat I’ve ever dealt with in my career. Parts people are highly incompetent, wrong parts received constantly. Never in office, answering from home hours past opening time. Say “I’ll call you back” never do. How they are still in operation is insane. I’ve gotten to the point where I’ll call New Orleans Cat and have them transfer parts to the location.
