As I'm sitting here eating, this is my experience at the bayou bistro for a wedding rehearsal dinner.... we didn't receive drinks until an hour later, our food which was steaks and chicken were either still raw and cold, undercooked, or black as tar over cooked! And our friend ended up tasting a beer that smelled like "skunk" to be exact, told the waiter about it and the waiter responds with "well what would you like me to do about it"? I have to say we have been numerous times in the last year, at least 3 times a month. Last few months food has not been the same at night and some of the waitresses are very rude and mess up the orders. I request Dashae everytime we go and call to see if she is working. She is the best, very nice, attentive and make sure the order is right. Hope the food picks back up and she stays forever.
The food was great, but the waitress was awful. She rolled her eyes at both my boyfriend and I when we were ordering our food. Apparently she was doing it to all of the customers, and one group left because she was so rude. The only reason we stayed is because my boyfriend has been there a few times and loved the food. Definitely need to rethink your staff members if they're being rude to EVERYONE.

I love Bayou Bistro. If I am not working I am there every Friday for lunch!!!!!
Will definitely be back. The Surf and Turf burger was awesome. Looking forward to the etouffee
To start with service was notgreat. Never got my chicken every one else did very disappointed!
