Dr Lokitz has been my rheumatologist for over a decade . She is very understanding and friendly. She listens to you and wants to help find a treatment that will work.. She goes out of her way to try and make things better for you. Her office staff are friendly and professional. There is wait time there but only because she is the only Dr in the office and she takes the time to listen and not rush her patients. Please be understanding of this . She did not take me seriously. Did not want to diagnose me. Now a few years later, I am in dier straights because of her fear. I hope she learns from her mistakes.
Didn’t even make an appointment after having to call. Two referrals sent and I hear nothing from them. Finally get the number and call myself. Lady who answered was rude as I tried to figure out what was going on. In the end I hung up on her when she snapped “do you want to make an appointment or not?” Here is what other info I was told. Only two staff members beside the doctor, they are booked out till March, behind on referrals and oh yes they are still taking new patients.
