Surprise billing practices
The billing department is full of belligerent, hateful people who will interrupt you, patronize you, and just straight-up lie to you. I had one lady invent a law that doesn't exist and is in direct conflict with the actual ACA, and when I asked her which law she was referring to, she refused to answer the question. Instead of having to deal with these people, I suggest simply passing away. It will be less painful.
I’m alive so they performed well medically, but, wow, pay your bill immediately. Sick, dying, otherwise incapacitated? Too bad! One bill, then collections comes after your butt, and they aren’t nice about it. I think Tony Soprano may be the owner.
