Most unprofessional office I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with! My mother in law had an appt at 8:30 am. We arrived 30 minutes prior to her visit. Her husband had to fill out paper work that was suppose to be done by the rehab center but they never received the faxed forms. Therefore, my 80 year old father in law completed a stack of forms.
