Overall we have had a very good moving experience with Avenue living. It's an older building so it comes with certain things that come with an aging building. Elizabeth our property manager and the lady that helped us with everything was amazing. She answered all of our questions and helped with the application process and the residential portal and scheduling the move in. I loved this place. It’s quiet, cute and comfortable. Nothing special really but it was good. All my neighbours were kind and courteous. The neighbourhood was quiet and really safe for downtown. Walking distance to all the amenities, bus/train stops, river valley and restaurants. The building manager (Chelsey) and maintenance staff (Amine) we’re exceptional! Apartment is great , well ventilated and spacious but lot of noise in surroundings 24 hrs because of the hospital as there are some commercial equipment’s running all the day and night , feels like living at a highway. It highly disturbing during the nights as it disrupts the sleep totally.
We've been in Louise Apartment for almost 16 months, our first home in Edmonton. It's true that we create a lasting memories in this home, we spent our first Christmas here. The great thing with this apartment is located near everything from hiking at ezio faraone park and downtown.
