The building representative was very kind and professional. Dharmikkumar Bhatt showed me the entire apartment, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions patiently. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable. I really appreciated his helpful and friendly attitude.
Overall we have had a very good moving experience with Avenue living. It's an older building so it comes with certain things that come with an aging building. Elizabeth our property manager and the lady that helped us with everything was amazing. She answered all of our questions and helped with the application process and the residential portal and scheduling the move in. I loved this place. It’s quiet, cute and comfortable. Nothing special really but it was good. All my neighbours were kind and courteous. The neighbourhood was quiet and really safe for downtown. Walking distance to all the amenities, bus/train stops, river valley and restaurants. The building manager (Chelsey) and maintenance staff (Amine) we’re exceptional! That being said between my 1st and 2nd year my rent increased by $27. The proposed renewal for my 3rd year was a $221 increase. I negotiated for a decreased renewal but ... read more
Apartment is great , well ventilated and spacious but lot of noise in surroundings 24 hrs because of the hospital as there are some commercial equipment’s running all the day and night , feels like living at a highway. It highly disturbing during the nights as it disrupts the sleep totally.
