Dr. Hummel discussed my concerns about my elderly cat and made several recommendations without pressuring me in any direction. She was honest and forthcoming. What I liked best was that I felt that I could trust her professional judgment and common sense.
The Vet explains what she did and why she did it. My furbaby was at ease the first time visiting!
We brought our dog at Louisburg Veternary Clinic last January 14 for his neuter procedure, I love it there, they are very organized and very attentive to each pet or animal patient including our dog Slick, and affordable too.It will be our regular clinic from then.The staff are nice the Vet's are always accomodating given answers to all your questions.Good job Louisburg Veterinary Clinic.
The vet and staff has been very helpful in providing my German shepherd the care she needed as well as diagnosing and treating my 22 year old cat.
We've used Louisburg Vet Clinic for years. We brought our dogs in routinely for annuals. Our issue happened when we had the vet write a prescription for Heart worm medication. The prescription was filled through Costco. When it was time for a refill, Costco contacted the clinic directly to request authorization. The clinic said we could come pick up the prescription. A week ago, we had to send our 12 year old boxer baby, Joe, off to the Rainbow Bridge to join his brother Tyson. It was such a sad thing for us, but it was the kindest thing we could do for him. His heart was enlarged and he couldn’t go very far without having to lie down. All of his muscles had just lost all tone and gone almost to mush.
