RecommendedI just wanted to take a second to write a recommendation for Louisburg Tire and Automotive. Christian and I got ourselves in a tough spot with his car, it needed some pretty major repairs and they needed to be done quickly-we had no backup vehicle and having a rental is only a temporary option. The folks here took it in, confirmed diagnoses, and got the car road safe in literally three days. The rest of the work is scheduled to be done next week. Brett and his staff care. Demonstrated time and time again. Today was a quick fix of a leaky tire. Have used them for tire buys too.
Brett and his team have and always will take care of my personal and fleet vehicles. They go out of their way to make sure my vehicles are safe and road ready. I have never been disappointed in their service or quality and never question their integrity on recommended repairs.
Have been there twice now and both times were horrible! There was about four years between the two visits, thought they would get better.

I've had two good experiences here. The first was for my wife's car. I needed to replace the spark plugs and wanted to do it myself. I was able to get half the work done but access was limited to the rest. I called them to see if they could finish. They were happy to help and I found the number of hours they took and the billing rate to be quite good.
