I have lived here 5 years and am getting ready to transfer to a larger apartment. The staff here is great. Maintenance gets to issues in a timely way. Usually the same day or if they are really busy , the next day. Just want to give a shout out to the staff. The ladies are awesome to work with!
The management at Louisburg Square is absolutely amazing. Gloria was able to find me a wonderful townhouse that was clean, spacious and at a great price. All appliances were in working order. She went above and beyond my expectations. She worked with me until I was able to get approved. Louisburg is situated close to a high school and a Price Chopper. This has been our home for 14 years and we love it! Office staff is amazing. Maintenance requests get answered quickly. (Maintenance team is amazing!) Live the area. Live our neighbors. Highly recommend!
