Office staff is wonderful. I moved in 5 months ago. I am not one who needs high end fixtures and granite, so I love my townhome. I see people complaining about it being old, well you saw it before you signed a lease. I have not had any maintenance problems. Gloria and John are wonderful.

If I could give it -1 I would. I pay 1,300 for rent and nothing can get fixed in a timely manner. And when maintenance comes out they always have an attitude. Old apartments, mold, heater goes up in smoke and ac doesn’t work. And they act like it’s no biggie. Been 80 degrees in my apartment for two days and spoke to the office. Apparently it’s not an emergency. So if you like to breathe in mold and freeze in the winter and sweat in the summer while paying over price for an old roof over your head. This is the place for you.

Lived here for a year and I can’t recommend it, unless you want old and low quality units for a high price. the copy and paste reply to this review won’t tell you that they are money hungry and profit driven and they will also throw their tenants under the bus to make a quick buck, they’ll be friendly with you until they realize you’re not renewing with them, they were decent people until they realized they didn’t get a repeat customer out of us

We have lived here just over a year. We are impressed with how fast the maintenance requests get done and fixed. Staff is wonderful and apartments are maintained and a good deal for the location and price. We couldn’t recommend Louisburg Square more. Edit: one thing that is tough is we have a neighbor who smokes in their apartment and the smell goes through our vents often. Management has been sympathetic when called but has said there is nothing they can do.
