This place sucks... The maintenance here sucks. The pool and basketball court are usually closed. I don't recommend these apartments overpriced for the quality
I’ve toured a ton of places lately, and let me just say—this one? Top tier. Inside, outside, upside-down (okay, not really), it’s beautiful. The staff? 10/10. I even got introduced to the maintenance crew, so I already know who to high-five when I lock myself out or break something minor with major confidence. I’ve lived here for 3 years now, and I love it! The location is perfect, especially when it snows. I can get to Price Chopper in 2 minutes or Walmart in 4, which means less time driving and more time staying cozy. The office staff is always planning fun monthly resident events. Last month, we had an epic pool party, and just last week, we had an ice cream social almost as good as Andy’s (and that’s saying something!). The maintenance team is on point. Great community and excellent management!
My wife and I are extremely excited and satisfied with the beautiful apartment we have moved into. The community is wonderful, and we have made friends with many individuals from around the complex. The many large trees provide wonderful shade during the warm summer months. The maintenance personnel have been marvelous and friendly, including the mailman, too.
